Tarmo Roosimölder

was born in Tallinn, Estonia. Graduated from Tallinn Secondary Scientific School in 1988 and then studied geology for some time in Tartu State University, Estonia.
At the time studying geology started to paint with oils, make intaglio prints and particpating in exhibitions as well.  Main theme is imaginary landscape with few human beings who are depicted quite small compared to a landscape.
Autodidact in arts and else. Considering oil painting old painting techniques corrected with contemporary hints are used as much as possible. Has made some brush drawings onto huge wooden stained boards. Mainly oak deadwood.
Has taken part in several art acivities through times (drawing courses, art symposiums and performances, group and solo exhibitions) Paintings, intaglio prints and brushdrawings on wooden boards can be found in different private and corporate collections and museums. 
Member of the Estonian Artists Union and Estonian Printmakers Association.
